A GDPR check before every send
If a contact is marked “do not contact” or the marketing consent is missing, the app holds the email back without exception, before it goes out. Contractually relevant documents such as quotes and invoices remain permitted; pure advertising does not. For the talent pool a waiting period between two emails and a yearly upper limit apply on top.

Whether anything is measured is your call per category. A fresh workspace measures nothing at all, system emails never count clicks, and Funnalized never stores IP addresses in the clear. Measure yes — but only as much as needed.

What it does not do
Every limit names the place where it happens instead.
- No mailbox from us.
You connect your own. We do not hand out an address; the connection runs through your SMTP account, and its password is stored encrypted.
- No inbox.
Funnalized sends and files every sent message on its record. You keep reading replies in your own mailbox — an inbox is deliberately not part of this.
- No third-party tracking pixels.
Opens and clicks are measured sparingly and in-house. If you do not want it, switch it off per mailbox.
- Nothing goes out without consent.
Before sending, it is checked whether the recipient may receive the message. A withdrawal takes effect immediately, even mid-sequence.
