The whole business on one sheet
Sixteen registers, one surface. Every number comes from the real record — one click and you are standing in it.
Screens from a demo workspace. Companies, people and figures are fictitious.
Dashboard at work
Four capabilities people actually open the dashboard for. Everything else it can do is listed in full in section 04 — this is only what stands on its own.
Sixteen registers on one sheet
Every tile pulls its number straight from the record — the moment you open the dashboard.
- Sales 11 tiles, among them pipeline value, forecast and open invoices
- Recruiting 7 tiles, among them candidates per stage and time to hire
- Campaign Studio 4 tiles, among them ad spend per channel and ROAS
- Projects 5 tiles, among them overdue tasks and the running sprint
- And the rest 28 tiles from 12 further registers — portal, calendar, chat, documents, funnels, boards …
28 tiles beyond the four shown here
You build the control centre yourself
59 tiles, dragged exactly to the place where you want them.
- Drag an outline shows you where the tile will land
- Tailor size, name, time range and filter per tile
- Arrange packs the whole sheet in one go, without gaps
- Keyboard all of it without a mouse
dragged to exactly the spot you want them in
Not just numbers — where you are heading, too
Two tiles put your goals on the same sheet as the numbers.
- Goal progress “on track” or “at risk”, before the month is out
- Pipeline health flags records that have stood still for weeks
- Header how many records need attention right now
- Deeper the inbox and the experiments live over at OutcomeOS
goal progress, before the month is over
Several views, shared deliberately
as many dashboards as you have roles in mind
Create as many dashboards as you have roles in your head.
- Just you your own working surface
- Whole workspace everyone sees the same sheet
- Admins only numbers that are not for everyone
- Selected people released by name
Paths that run through here
Every register works on the same contacts, companies and records in your workspace. Nothing has to be transferred for a tile — there is no second database to copy from.

From an application to a hire

What Dashboard receives and passes on
5 examples of many59 tiles in 17 groupsThe tiles come from: General · Sales · Recruiting · Campaign Studio · Projects · Team · OutcomeOS · Portal · Calendar · Collaboration · Documents · Pages & Funnels · Visualizer · Idea board · Reports · Automations · Academy
The dashboard shows where the day stands without you building anything. If you want to assemble your own analysis, export it as a file or have it sent on a schedule, that is Reports.
Everything that is in it
63 capabilities in 18 groups — complete, not curated.
What it does not do
Every limit names the place where it happens instead.
- No export and no scheduled delivery.
A tile is there to be looked at. If you need the numbers as a file, or sent out automatically on Monday morning, you build the block in Reports.
- The numbers do not refresh by themselves.
They are fetched when you open or reload the page. Only the clock tile ticks. A live pulse would be decoration and would keep the database busy for no reason.
- From tile into the individual record: four kinds only.
Deals, leads, report boards and visualizer boards lead straight into the record. The other tiles lead into their register, not into the single row.
- One dashboard shows one workspace.
An agency with several client workspaces sees them one after another, not added up on a single sheet.
What teams want to know beforehand
Can my colleagues see what is on my dashboard?
Only if you share it. Four levels: just me, everyone in the workspace, admins only, or people picked by name. The devices tile is exempt — it shows your own signed-in devices only, and the team module does not hand out other people’s sessions, not even to admins.
Do I have to set the dashboard up before I see anything?
No. A fresh workspace gets a layout that fits its kind at first sign-in: a company gets sales figures and pipeline, an agency spend and ROAS, a client access project status and their own tasks. You can rebuild all of it afterwards.
Does a day count in UTC or in our own time?
In Europe/Berlin, everywhere a point in time becomes a calendar day. A lead created at 01:30 therefore counts towards the day you see on the clock, not the one before. The time zone lives in exactly one place in the code.
What happens if someone may not see a module at all?
Then its tile stays empty, even on a dashboard someone shared with them. The check sits on the tile itself rather than on the page, and it is closed by default: no explicit permission, no number.
Can I keep several dashboards side by side?
Yes. Create as many as you have roles in your head — one for your own day, one for management, one for the team. Each has its own sharing level and its own set of tiles.
Dashboard is one of 21. You get all of them.
