Ask “what is my pipeline worth?” and the number comes straight from your workspace — never out of thin air. If an area is empty, Orby says so honestly (“you currently have no open deals”) instead of inventing a plausible figure. The number itself Orby always fetches through a real query: the same question yields the same number, and nothing is ever estimated.

When Orby names a concrete record — your largest open deals, the deals closing this week, your best candidates — it makes it clickable in the answer text. Academy hits open the article directly. One click and you are standing exactly there, instead of hunting through menus.

Orby summarises what needs attention: open deals, tasks that are due, appointments in the next 24 hours, goals at risk. All worked out by fixed rules from your real numbers, nothing estimated — and only for the modules you actually have read permission for.

Orby reads through the same permission lens as you do: checked per question, closed when in doubt. If you lack read permission, the answer falls away rather than coming out smaller. It shows you appointments and support requests only as your own, never other people’s private entries — and where your read permission covers only part of the records, it says so openly instead of counting across the whole workspace.

Orby recognises intents from fixed patterns. Your data does not leave the building, and no answer is invented.

Anything ambiguous gets a follow-up question. A likely answer to an unclear question is the most expensive kind of mistake.

It shows, computes and takes you there. What gets changed, you change — that is a decision, not a roadmap item.

Does my data go to OpenAI or similar?
No. No vendor is connected, because no language model is involved. The answer comes out of your own database.
Does it understand normal sentences?
Yes, in German and English, with typos and colloquial phrasing. Whatever it is not sure about, it asks back.
