World A · for agencies

First your engine. Then your product.

You run the whole Funnalized cycle for your own agency first — and then sell exactly that cycle on to your clients. Expressly permitted.

Your own engine

Before you sell it, it runs for you.

The same machine your clients get later drives your own agency first — winning business, recruiting and looking after clients in one file. Here is the short version; the company world shows every step in detail.

Station 01 · winning your own business

Winning customers — for yourself

The complete sales process runs in your main workspace: the ad click (or your CSV import) becomes a lead, the lead becomes a deal, the quote becomes a signed order by link — and at the end a customer you look after.

Station 02 · your own recruiting

Building your own team

When you create a job, the finished application funnel comes into being automatically. Applications run cleanly into the pipeline, and candidates handle the interview and the acceptance themselves by link — right through to onboarding.

Station 03 · your own clients

Your clients in their own portal

Your own clients get a branded portal for invoices and tickets with a real-time chat. You ask for satisfaction automatically by a link of its own — a branded survey page with no sign-in. Care that does not get forgotten.

  2. Invoices
  3. Tickets

No break in the chain, no double maintenance: every record travels to the next station automatically — and you are about to experience exactly that again from your clients’ point of view.

The engine in detail: the company world

Your product

And now you sell exactly this engine on.

“With us the software comes included.” Every client gets their own sub-workspace — cleanly separated, ready set up, with their own white-label portal. You sell, we deliver and support.

Workspace switcher: four workspaces of type “company” under one account — the active one carrying a check mark, the other three below it — with “manage workspace” underneath; behind the open menu the dashboard of the active workspace with its sales and recruiting metrics.

Station 04 / 10

Client won — a sub-workspace in minutes

From the main workspace you create a sub-workspace of its own for every client — it starts fully set up: six roles, standard automations, sequences and blueprints are already in it. Alternatively you take a proven template workspace across as a whole — pipelines, custom fields, email and quote templates right through to selected team members come along in one go.

Funnalizedwe deliver and support

Your client pays you, you pay us — the gap between the two is your margin. Only the billing to Funnalized runs automatically through your main workspace. What your client pays you is yours to decide; that part lies outside the system. And: the app is always called Funnalized.

Backed by the code

Soberly considered · the facts

  • 2 levels

As many clients as you like, two levels deep

From your main workspace you create as many sub-workspaces as you have clients — one each. Only the main workspace may create them: a sub-workspace cannot spawn one itself, it never goes deeper than two levels, and there is no chaining round in a circle.

  • 1 check

    Hard data separation

Every access names its workspace and runs through the same check — no membership there, no answer, and the query behind it stays bound to it too. Client A never gets at client B’s data, and from a sub-workspace there is no way back upwards. In your client’s workspace you have full access — that is where you work alongside them, after all.

  • 6 roles

Ready to work from minute one

Six ready-made roles stand waiting in every new sub-workspace — from owner down to guest. Nobody builds permissions by hand before the work starts.

  • 12 areas

Your main workspace is the template

Take your own, fully set up main workspace as the template — the engine you built once. Roles with their permissions, custom fields, sales and recruiting pipelines with every stage, automations, sequences, blueprints, email and document templates, saved views, tags and the company details all come along into the new client workspace — together with selected team members in their roles, if you want. No client is built from scratch.

Questions · before you decide

What agencies ask before they switch.

Answered briefly; every answer is set out in full further up

May I resell Funnalized to clients under my own name?

Yes, explicitly. You create a separate sub-workspace per client and decide yourself what to charge for it — you invoice your client, and that runs outside Funnalized. Billing towards us runs automatically through your main workspace. The app itself is always called Funnalized; the portal your client shows their own customers carries their brand and their colours.

What does an additional client cost me?

The founder deal covers your main workspace plus the first client workspace; every further one costs you €100 a month. What you charge your client for it is entirely yours to decide — that part sits outside the system.

Can one client reach another client’s data?

No. Every access names its workspace and runs through the same check — no membership there, no answer, and the query behind it stays bound to it too. From a sub-workspace there is no way upwards. You yourself have full access in your client’s workspace, because that is where you work alongside them.

Do I have to set up every client from scratch?

No. You take your fully set up main workspace as the template: roles with their permissions, custom fields, sales and recruiting pipelines with every stage, automations, sequences, blueprints, email and document templates, saved views, tags and the company details all come along — together with selected team members in their roles, if you want. Six ready-made roles stand waiting in every new workspace anyway.

Who answers my clients’ questions about the software?

We do. Support requests from a client workspace come straight to us, not to you at ten in the evening. You stay the contact for the work you do for your client — not for the tool underneath.
