Every idea travels visibly through the columns open, planned, in development, done — or it is declined, and then never without a reason. Answers from the team stand publicly on the idea, readable by everyone. No secret list in which wishes quietly disappear.

Title, description, a category (sales, recruiting, marketing …) — done. On submission your own vote counts automatically. No form marathon, no detour through support, and as long as the idea is open you can sharpen it at any time.

One vote per idea, withdrawable at any time — and it counts exactly once, even if you click twice. Sort by the most votes, the newest suggestions or what is picking up speed right now — so you see in black and white what the business really lacks.

Many votes mean we take a look. What gets built is our decision — and we say why.

Do others see what I submit?
Yes, that is the point — otherwise it would be an inbox. If you prefer, your idea appears anonymously.
Do I get a reply?
Yes, even when it is a no. An idea without a reply is an archive, and an archive does not need a board.
