Not just appointments — every deadline that counts
Six sources in one calendar: meetings, interviews, quote deadlines, contract ends, campaign starts, sequence steps.

Calendar at work
Four capabilities people actually open Calendar for. Everything else it can do is listed in full in section 04 — this is only what stands on its own.
Six sources, one timeline
Monday morning at a glance: two interviews, an invoice falls due, a contract expires, a campaign starts, a sequence step is up. What otherwise lies scattered across five tools, Funnalized brings together automatically in one view — colour-coded by module, with its own colour and symbol per appointment type.

Every appointment knows its record
An entry knows whether it belongs to a deal, an application or a project. From the calendar one click takes you into the matching record — and back again. Anything overdue is marked in red so that no deadline slips by unnoticed.

Google and Outlook, in both directions
Each person connects their own Google or Outlook account with the familiar sign-in at Google or Microsoft and decides for themselves: both ways, send only or receive only. Funnalized transfers new and changed appointments to the connected account automatically, and deleted ones disappear there too. Your familiar calendar remains the single truth.

Accept and decline without signing in
external guests confirm via a secure link — and you can be told about every reply
External guests confirm via a secure link — with no account at all. The invitation brings three response buttons, a standard .ics attachment that Outlook, Apple Calendar and Google all open, and a confirmation page designed entirely in your brand. If you want, you are told about every response.
Paths that run through here
Every appointment knows its record: application, deal, project or ticket. That is why what it is about always sits next to the time — with nobody typing it into the title.

What Calendar receives and passes on
The calendar carries time — appointments, series, acceptances and declines. Who triggers the invitation and what happens next is decided by the module the appointment came from.
Everything that is in it
22 capabilities in 4 groups — complete, not curated.
What it does not do
Every limit names the place where it happens instead.
- No video service of our own.
The meeting link is created with one click and sits in the appointment. The conference runs at whichever provider you already use.
- No room or resource booking.
What gets booked is people and time — not meeting rooms, vehicles or equipment.
- All-day entries do not count as scheduled time.
Otherwise every public holiday would be a twelve-hour day. They appear in the calendar but not in the hours count.
What teams want to know beforehand
Does this sync with Google and Outlook both ways?
Yes. What is created there appears here, and what is created here appears there. The direction can be set per account if you only want to read.
Do colleagues see my private appointments?
Only what you release. In the team calendar an appointment can be kept private — what is visible is that you are busy, not with what.
Can a customer cancel without signing in?
Yes, through the link in the invitation. Accepting, declining or answering “maybe” works without an account; the response is recorded on the appointment, and you are told about it straight away if you want. Rescheduling stays with whoever owns the appointment.
What happens with a double booking?
It is flagged as you create it, not afterwards. And a slot that is already taken is not offered in the booking view in the first place.
Calendar is one of 21. You get all of them.
