For your team

One hiring team, one picture — every application visible to everyone who decides

The whole hire from the job to onboarding is shown to you by the company world. This page is about your hiring team: who sees which candidate, how interviewers assess in a structured way and how you agree with each other — solid on GDPR, instead of losing applications in a mailbox.

Act 2 · the team’s working day

This is how your hiring team decides together

Not the hiring route (that runs in the company world) but working together in the team: a shared picture, clear permissions on sensitive data, structured assessment and agreement on the candidate.

Today

Nobody reaches a shared decision across five mailboxes

Hiring is teamwork — but when feedback circulates by email and everyone keeps a different spreadsheet, in the end the loudest impression decides, not the best one.

  • Interviewer feedback scattered

One writes an email, another a note, the third says it in the corridor. A clean comparison of candidates is barely possible that way.

  • Who may see which candidate?

Candidate data is sensitive. Without clean permissions either half the company sees every application — or the hiring team cannot get at the documents.

  • Coordinating by status update

Where does candidate X stand, who has already spoken to them? Without a shared picture the team loses speed — and the best candidate to whoever is faster.

Recruiting

One picture for everyone who decides

Every application lands in the shared pipeline, and the complete history hangs on the candidate. The assessment stays there too: every interviewer records their scorecard on the candidate instead of sending it by email — side by side and comparable, instead of gut feeling.

Team & Rechte

Who sees which candidate

Roles and permissions steer access to sensitive candidate data — five levels from your own candidate to the whole team, with individual fields hideable per role.

Zusammenarbeit

Agreement on the candidate, not by email

Every discussion hangs on the candidate record. @mentions bring the decision-makers in, everything stays in one place — even when somebody joins later.

Kalender

Interviews in the shared calendar

Scheduled interviews appear in the calendar automatically — for the organiser and for every listed interviewer; the candidate confirms by link themselves. Everyone sees their appointments, with no coordination ping-pong.

One picture, many decision-makers: everyone assesses within their permission, everyone sees the same candidate — instead of collecting feedback by email.

The whole route

From the job to onboarding

Here you see how your hiring team works together. The complete hiring route — job with its automatic funnel, application, assessment, interview, offer with a signature and onboarding — is shown to you station by station by the company world.

What a hiring team values about Funnalized

Data protection and working together are no contradiction in recruiting — Funnalized builds both into the foundation.

  • GDPR is built in, not retrofitted

The record of consent comes into being in the same second as the application, deletion periods run automatically, hosting is in Germany. Candidate data is held for as long as it may be — and not a day longer.

  • Access only for those involved

Through roles and permissions only the hiring team sees the application — and even there, only the fields the role may see. The permission simulator shows it to you beforehand.

  • Approvals for offer decisions

Above a threshold an offer or counter-offer travels automatically into the approval of the right person from the hiring team — instead of past the approver.

  • Candidates do for themselves what they can

Confirm an interview, complete an assessment, sign an offer — all by link. That takes the coordination load off the team without giving up control.

One message at launch. After that you'll find me in the top right of the app.
