01Does every additional employee cost extra?
No. You pay per workspace, not per head. Whether three or thirty people work in it makes no difference to the price — unlike tools that bill per seat.
02What is a workspace — and when do I need a second one?
A workspace is a sealed-off data space: its own customers, candidates, projects and permissions. You need a second one when you want to separate another site or give an agency client an area of their own. The founder deal includes the first additional workspace; every further one costs €100 a month.
03Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Fourteen days with no credit card. The trial ends automatically — no costs arise if you do nothing further.
04What happens after the 14 days?
Nothing is charged automatically. Your workspace is then read-only, your data stays available for export for 30 days and is deleted after that (terms § 3 (2)). You can carry on working as soon as you book a plan: €150 a month regularly, or €50 permanently as one of the first 50 paying teams.
05Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. You cancel by the last day of the current billing month, and after that nothing continues. Billing is monthly only anyway: no minimum term, no notice period.
