The app that explains itself
Over 900 articles and 1,700 knowledge questions, module by module — right where you are using the feature.
Screens from a demo workspace. Companies, people and figures are fictitious.
Academy at work
Four capabilities people actually open Academy for. Everything else it can do is listed in full in section 04 — this is only what stands on its own.
A learning world per module, more than 900 articles
Open the “Sales” or “Recruiting” tile and you see the article count, the number of tours and knowledge questions and your progress as a percentage straight away; the estimated reading time sits on each individual article. Every module, every feature gets its own deep dive, written in German — not only “what” but “why and when”. At the end of each article the next one from the same module is already waiting.
grouped per module, with progress in per cent on every tile
Guided tours through the real app
New to the deal board? A tour takes you by the hand — in the running interface, not in a recorded video. The interactive tours highlight the real button and wait for your click; the others explain step by step in a card above the very view you have in front of you. Every tour shows its duration and number of steps, can be ended at any time and picked up again at the same place later, and what you have completed gets its green tick.

Help without leaving the page
Ask Orby from any page: if your question is more of a “how do I do this?”, it searches the same learning world and puts the hit in front of you, clickable. The answer stands next to the question, not three menus away.
instead of three menus away — the answer sits right beside it, ready to open
Quizzes that really stick
is the pass mark — the right answer is never revealed beforehand
Many articles come with a short quiz — and the correct answer is deliberately not sent along in advance: you should really know, not guess. Only once you reach at least 70 % is the article done. If you want to practise deliberately, use the quiz mode, which lists only articles that have questions.
What Academy receives and passes on
The Academy explains how something works. If instead something does not work, that is Support.
Everything that is in it
13 capabilities in 4 groups — complete, not curated.
What it does not do
Every limit names the place where it happens instead.
- No certificates.
There is progress, badges and quizzes with a threshold. It is not an accredited exam and does not want to be.
- No content of your own.
The learning material explains Funnalized. Your own in-house training cannot be published here.
- Not public.
The articles sit behind the login. If you want a look before you start, you see them in the demo.
What teams want to know beforehand
Do I have to leave the app to read up?
No. Help opens beside whatever you are doing, and it knows the place you are standing in.
Does it stay current?
The learning material is part of the application and ships with it — there is no second editorial team that would have to catch up.
Academy is one of 21. You get all of them.
