I built the tool I was missing myself.
I ran an agency myself — at Funnel-Link, for performance recruiting and marketing. Sales ran in one tool, recruiting in a second, projects in a third — and between them spreadsheets, emails and data maintained twice.
I found no system that really did all of it — so we built it. First for ourselves, to carry our own work. Then, because other teams asked for exactly that, for everyone: an ecosystem in which every customer, every candidate and every project runs through the same file as a linked record.

Every module page carries its limits — and for every limit the place where it happens instead. Here they all are, module by module.
- No inventory management.
Instead The product catalogue knows prices, discounts and tiers — not stock levels. If you carry goods, you keep carrying them where you do today.
- Payments are recorded, not collected.
Instead There is no bank reconciliation and no direct debit inside the document. Incoming payment is marked; dunning runs automatically.
- No bookkeeping.
Instead Invoices are created here and leave as a DATEV export to your tax advisor. The posting happens there, not here.
