Accessibility statement
Pursuant to the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG). Measured against WCAG 2.1 AA — only what has been tested is listed here as met.
Last updated: 02.10.2026
Scope
This statement applies to the website funnalized.app, the application at app.funnalized.app and the templates our customers use to publish careers pages and application funnels. The provider within the meaning of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) is the company named in the legal notice.
The customer is responsible for the content that a customer enters into these templates — texts, images, videos, chosen colours. We are responsible for what the template itself brings along (structure, keyboard operation, labels, contrast of the default colours); section 04 states where the boundary lies.
Status of compliance
Funnalized is partially compliant with the requirements of WCAG 2.1 at level AA (EN 301 549). Measurement is automated with axe-core in every test run; for each tested page, the number of violations may only fall, never rise.
- Eight public pages are tested in this way (sign-in, forgot password, home page, beta, FAQ, solutions, overview, careers entry). Status as of 23 September 2026, measured anew after the switch to the new website: all eight pages without violations.
- This page and the legal texts run in the same page frame and are measured with the same test.
- Patterns for dialogs, focus management and keyboard operation are bindingly defined and are checked whenever changes are made.
The comprehensibility of texts, meaningful alternative texts and the order of focus management in complex views cannot be tested automatically. There is no figure for this, and therefore we do not claim one.
Non-accessible content
According to the current status, the following parts are not or only partially accessible:
- The funnel editor and the page editor in the application (drag and drop, canvas): only partially operable with the keyboard. This affects users of the application, not visitors to the published pages.
- Generated PDF documents (quotes, invoices, exports): without a tag structure, and therefore only partially readable by screen readers.
- Colours chosen by customers in published pages: the editor currently does not warn when a combination falls below the minimum contrast.
What customers inherit
A careers page or an application funnel that a company publishes is aimed at consumers and is therefore itself subject to the BFSG. For this, the Funnalized templates provide: a heading structure, labelled form fields, error messages that appear next to the field and are read out, keyboard operation across all steps, visible focus and default colours with sufficient contrast.
What the customer contributes remains their responsibility: alternative texts for their own images, subtitles for their own videos, their own choice of colours and comprehensible texts. This statement does not replace the statement that the customer makes for their own service; it says what they can rely on with the template — and what they cannot.
Feedback and contact
If you notice barriers or need content in an accessible form, write to support@funnalized.app with the subject line “Barrierefreiheit” (accessibility). Please state the address of the page and, if possible, the assistive technology you use. We reply within two weeks and tell you what we will change and by when.
Enforcement procedure
If feedback under section 05 does not receive a satisfactory response, you can contact the body responsible for market surveillance under the BFSG. For all federal states jointly, this is the Market Surveillance Authority of the Federal States for the Accessibility of Products and Services (Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen – MLBF AöR), Carl-Miller-Straße 6, 39112 Magdeburg, www.mlbf-barrierefrei.de. There you can submit an application pursuant to § 32(1) BFSG or report a barrier.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 2 September 2026 and measured anew on 23 September 2026 after the switch to the new website. It is based on an automated test with axe-core against WCAG 2.1 AA (eight public pages, status as of 23 September 2026) and the bindingly defined patterns for dialogs, focus management and keyboard operation. It is updated whenever the measured values change; the measured availability is shown on the status page, the security measures on the security page.
