  1. Platform

    Status page with measured uptime

    /status shows whether Funnalized is up right now, how available it was over the past months and which outages there were — measured every five minutes from the running system, not claimed. The terms promise 99 % per month; this page is the evidence.

  2. Satisfaction

    One-click unsubscribe for survey emails

    Survey emails now carry the headers Gmail and Outlook use to show their own "Unsubscribe" button. One click is enough, no confirmation page — the same opt-out as the link in the footer.

  3. Platform

    Double-click protection when creating records

    Clicking Save twice, or retrying after a network error, now yields exactly one record — no second lead, no second invoice. Every action carries a key, and the server answers it once.

  4. Team

    Access log visible to customers

    Who looked at which personal data in your workspace, and when, is now listed under Team → Access log — filterable by person, record and route. Until now this was only visible internally.

  5. Privacy

    Sub-processor list, machine-readable and dated

    The list of processors is now also available as /subprozessoren.json — with a version date and the date each provider was added, so your data protection officer can compare it without copying a page.

  6. Platform

    Customer API with an OpenAPI description

    The versioned API at /api/v1 describes itself: /api/v1/openapi.json is generated from the code, not written next to it. Every response carries the version in the X-API-Version header.

  7. Privacy

    Support access only with your approval

    When our support needs to look into your workspace, it happens through an access you grant yourself — with your role, time-limited, logged. Silent access from outside is not part of the design.

  8. Website

    Faster delivery through a European CDN

    Images, scripts and pages are now served from nodes in Europe; pages build noticeably faster. Customer data continues to live exclusively on our servers in Germany.

We keep this list by hand from what has been rolled out. What is not here is either internal or not there yet.
