One ecosystem instead of ten separate tools. 21 modules — sales, recruiting, marketing, projects, customer portal and more — work on one shared set of data: a customer, a candidate, a project is the same linked record everywhere, not twenty copies in twenty tools. What you change in one place is right in all of them.

The agency Funnel-Link from Germany — a sole proprietorship that spent several years doing performance marketing and recruiting for companies. Funnalized grew out of exactly that work: we built the system we would have needed ourselves. For mid-sized companies and for agencies, above all in the German-speaking market. Two routes through the same application: companies run their operation from the first click to the paid invoice in one file, agencies use it as their own engine and give every client a sealed-off area. The contract is aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code; we do not enter into contracts with consumers.

No. Recruiting is one of the 21 modules and is included in every plan: jobs, a careers page, an application funnel of its own per job, assessments, interview scheduling and onboarding — with automatic deletion periods. The difference to separate tools is less the feature list than the file underneath: a candidate becomes an employee inside the same system, with no export and no second login.

Not that either. You write emails from your own mailbox — with templates, a signature and a consent check before sending, and every email lands on the right record. Multi-step sequences are built in the automations module, campaigns and Meta ads in the Campaign Studio. The evaluation runs from the ad right into the pipeline — a connection separate tools would first have to assemble from exports.

German and English — in the application as well as on this website; every user sets their own language. We provide support in German. The legal documents exist in German only: they describe German law and a German provider, and the German version is the authoritative one.

€150 a month for your main workspace, every further workspace €100 a month. All prices plus VAT, cancellable monthly. Every plan includes all 21 modules: no feature paywall, no forced upgrade, no stripped-down entry plan. What moves the price is only the number of workspaces — not the range of functions.

No. Billing is per workspace, not per head — the number of members is unlimited. Whether three or thirty people work in it makes no difference to the price. A workspace is a sealed-off data space with its own customers, candidates, projects and permissions; you only need a second one when you genuinely want to separate a site or an agency client.

The first 50 paying teams pay €50 instead of €150 a month permanently and get one additional workspace included — two instead of one, since the main workspace comes with every plan. Each further sub-workspace costs €100 a month. The base price stays unchanged for as long as your contract runs without a break — that is not only stated on this page but written into the terms and conditions (§ 8 (6)). From place 51 the regular plan applies.

For 14 days, with no credit card. The trial ends automatically and does not turn into a paid subscription by itself — no costs arise if you do nothing further. Your workspace is read-only afterwards, your data stays available for export for 30 days and is deleted after that; you carry on working as soon as you book a plan.

Yes. Billing is monthly only — there is no annual plan at all. The contract runs for the billing month and renews for one further month unless you cancel it by the last day of the current billing month. There is no minimum term and no notice period. You cancel directly in the application under billing settings, or in text form — you do not have to call anyone or talk anyone round.

In Germany. The application, the PostgreSQL database, backups and uploaded files run at Hetzner Online GmbH in German data centres, connected over a private network; the application data does not leave Germany. We name the exceptions openly instead of hiding them: payment processing via Stripe, the delivery network for the pages you publish, and every integration you connect yourself.

Yes, and you do not have to request it: the DPA under Art. 28 GDPR becomes part of the contract in electronic form when you register (Art. 28 (9) GDPR) and is publicly readable, including the full list of sub-processors and the technical and organisational measures. Only the processors named there may process your data — for hosting, delivery, system emails and managing our own server credentials. On top of that comes Stripe for payment processing: not a processor but a recipient in its own right, likewise named in the DPA — card and account details never reach our servers. We announce a new sub-processor at least 30 days in advance, and you may object. Our own team’s access to your workspace is limited to the minimum needed for operation and fault fixing, is time-limited from the outset and is logged — and it is not covert: it runs as a time-limited membership in your workspace and therefore appears in your member list for as long as it lasts.

You take it with you. After the contract ends you have 30 days to download your data yourself through the application’s export functions — in common, machine-readable formats (CSV, JSON), not as a screenshot. After that we delete it, unless statutory retention obligations stand in the way; backups containing deleted data are overwritten by the end of the regular backup cycle at the latest. On request we delete earlier.

That we are starting with a close group, not that the application is stripped down. Funnalized has been in development since the beginning of 2025; you get all 21 modules from the first day, with no locked functions. Anyone can register at launch — the only limit is the 50 founder places. For availability we commit to 99 % on a monthly average; functions expressly marked as a preview are excluded from that, because they can still change.

Through a built-in ticket system straight to the Funnalized team: subject, category, priority — that is all it takes. Every ticket gets a fixed number, the thread runs as a chat with attachments, and you can see its status at any time. Much of it is answered beforehand by the Academy with more than 900 articles, right in the context of your screen, or by Orby, who takes you to the matching record. Yes, both. Every client gets a sealed-off sub-workspace of their own beneath your main workspace; you work inside it without switching accounts. The terms and conditions expressly allow you to pass these sub-workspaces on to your own end customers, including for a fee — you set that price yourself (§ 4 (3)). You remain our contractual partner and owe the fee for every workspace you create: €100 a month per further workspace.

For everything your customers and candidates see: yes. You publish funnels, careers pages and the customer portal under your own domain or subdomain, with an SSL certificate of your own. The customer portal is white label right into the sign-in page — you design the logo, the colours and even the email templates sent to your customers. The application your own team works in stays under the Funnalized brand.
