Workspaces

One account, as many separate worlds as you need

A workspace of its own for every client — with its own modules, its own currency and its own permissions. Separate data, one sign-in.

An agency runs ten clients; a mid-sized group runs three companies — and nobody wants ten accounts, ten passwords and ten invoices for that. In Funnalized a workspace is the boundary: contacts, deals, applications, documents and permissions belong to exactly one. You switch in the top right and the whole app switches with you. New workspaces take minutes — with a standard setup, or as a copy of an existing one, right down to pipelines, roles and templates.

Team & permissions governs WHO may do what inside a workspace. Workspaces governs WHICH workspaces exist at all and what applies inside them.

A real recording from Funnalized — twenty seconds, on a loop, no sound.

Screens from a demo workspace. Companies, people and figures are fictitious.

02 · Capabilities

What you do with it.

Six capabilities that together answer one question: how do you set up a new client without building everything again — and without their data ever touching anyone else’s?

01 / 06

Company or agency — with your clients underneath

When you create a workspace you decide what it is: a company for internal teams and projects, or an agency that manages clients. Only the main workspace may create more — the client workspaces sit underneath it. Two levels, and that is where it stops: arbitrary nesting looks good on a slide and is a source of mistakes in daily use.

03 · Interplay

One case, and where you sit in it.

Not a list of neighbours but a path: what actually happens to a case, station by station.

A workspace is the boundary of every record: contacts, deals, applications, documents and permissions belong to exactly one. What you set here applies in every section of that workspace — and nowhere else.

comes from 1 · goes to 4

  • Team & RechteMembersWho comes along into the new workspace is picked from the source workspace’s members — each with the role you give them there.
  • Vertrieb & CRMPipelines and stagesCarried-over sales pipelines are ready in the new workspace, stages and all, before the first lead exists.
  • RecruitingRecruiting pipelinesThe same for applications: pipeline and stages come along, so the first application lands in a finished process.
  • AutomationenAutomations, sequences, blueprintsThe standard setup creates six automations, three sequences and three blueprints; a copy brings the source workspace’s instead.
  • DashboardThe visible workspaceA dashboard shows exactly one workspace — switching in the top right swaps the numbers, not the tiles.
04 · The full picture

And here is all of it.

The layer above names the strongest capabilities. This one names every single one — as a keyword, grouped. One click opens the explanation, so that “can it do that?” ends here and not in a call.

44 capabilities in 6 groups — complete, not curated.

05 · Limits

What it does not do.

What this module deliberately does not do. We write it down because you cannot try it out before launch — and because it would come up in a conversation anyway.

Explicitly not
  • No reporting across several workspacesA dashboard and a report show exactly one workspace. An agency sees its clients one after another, not added up on a single sheet.
  • No arbitrarily deep nestingAccount → main workspace → client workspaces. Two levels, and that is a decision, not a backlog item.
  • No permission management hereWho may do what inside a workspace is the team module’s job — down to the single row, and separately per workspace.
  • No moving data between workspacesWhat gets carried over is the SETUP (pipelines, roles, templates), not the records. Contacts and deals stay where they were created.
06 · Questions

What people ask us.

The questions that actually come up — with the answer we would give on the phone.

No. Every record belongs to exactly one workspace — contacts, deals, applications, documents, permissions. There is no view that joins two workspaces and no search that reaches across the boundary.
