From your own mailbox, onto the right record
Written from your own address — and afterwards the mail hangs on the lead, the customer, the candidate.
Write from your own address instead of through a stranger’s sender — and afterwards every email hangs on exactly the record it was about: the lead, the customer, the candidate. Templates and signature attach themselves, and before every send the app checks consent. It is not a module of its own in the sidebar: you set the mailboxes up in the settings, and the writing happens inside the record.
Email carries the single message on the record. A sequence of several messages over weeks is built in Automations.
A real recording from Funnalized — twenty seconds, on a loop, no sound.
Screens from a demo workspace. Companies, people and figures are fictitious.
What you do with it.
Four capabilities people actually open Email for. Everything else it can do is listed in full in section 04 — this is only what stands on its own.
Your own mailbox, not ours
Connect your own mailbox — for Gmail, Outlook, IONOS, Strato and others the right settings are already there, so you have nothing to look up. The app stores the password encrypted. Your recipients see your address, not a tool’s.
One case, and where you sit in it.
Not a list of neighbours but a path: what actually happens to a case, station by station.
Every message hangs off the record rather than sitting in a mailbox. That is why the next person sees the history without anyone forwarding it.

- Vertrieb & CRMthe message on the dealYou write from inside the record, with template and signature — the reply lands back there without anyone doing anything.
- Recruitingoffer and rejectionCandidate messages come from templates and only go out when the record permits it — otherwise the guard holds them back.
- Automationenthe sequence with wait timesA single message becomes a sequence with waits and conditions — same templates, different rhythm.
- Dokumentethe attachment on the recordWhatever is sent or received sits afterwards in the file store on the record — not only in one person’s mailbox.
And here is all of it.
The layer above names the strongest capabilities. This one names every single one — as a keyword, grouped. One click opens the explanation, so that “can it do that?” ends here and not in a call.
24 capabilities in 5 groups — complete, not curated.
What it does not do.
What this module deliberately does not do. We write it down because you cannot try it out before launch — and because it would come up in a conversation anyway.
- No mailbox from us.You connect your own. We do not hand out an address and we store no password — the connection runs through OAuth.
- No third-party tracking pixels.Opens and clicks are measured sparingly and in-house. If you do not want it, switch it off per mailbox.
- Nothing goes out without consent. Before sending, it is checked whether the recipient may receive the message. A withdrawal takes effect immediately, even mid-sequence.
What people ask us.
The questions that actually come up — with the answer we would give on the phone.
Gmail and Microsoft 365 via OAuth, plus any mailbox with IMAP and SMTP. With OAuth we store no password, only a revocable grant.
The message goes out over the second path instead of getting stuck. You notice it through a notice, not through an email that never arrived.
Yes, shared mailboxes for info@ or jobs@ — with ownership per message, so that two people do not answer, or nobody does.
Only messages that hang off a record are visible to those with permission. The rest of your mailbox stays yours.
